"Where are you?"

"What kind of decals do you produce?"
We specialise in custom car, truck, boat, plane and motorcycle single and multi color decals and vinyl products.
"Will you produce custom graphics for me?"
No problem, give us a call on 727-255-4807 or email email@example.com and we will be happy to modify an existing design or create a new one just for you.
"How long will it take to receive my item?"
All products are manufactured to order same day payment is received and mailed the following day Monday through Friday via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Urgent orders are sent via USPS Priority at an additional cost.
"Do you laminate your products?"
Where applicable lamination of color vinyl is necessary to protect the ink from damage and to ensure protection from damaging UV rays from the sun.
"What equipment do you use to print my decals?"
The Pixel Hut has invested in state of the art Roland vinyl printers capable of producing very high quality 1440dpi color graphics with UV protected Genuine Roland Evo-Solvent inks.
"What brand of vinyl do you use?"
We use only high quality German manufactured Oracal vinyls and laminations.
"Can I apply my decals at home?"
Yes. We include an easy to follow guide with our single color vinyl to ensure easy application. Our color products are printed on Oracal "Air Release" vinyl to ensure trouble free, bubble free application. This premium products backing paper has air channels which allows any bubbles to be easily pushed to the edge of the decal after application. We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt of delivery, items must be returned to us in the same tube the item was delivered. All decals must be returned in their unused, original condition for a refund to be given. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Please be advised The Pixel Hut cannot be responsible for duty. All international orders may be subjected to duty owed in the country where it is being delivered in. If an order is placed and the customer does not pay for tracking, the customer takes full responsibility for the items delivery at the address given. The Pixel Hut cannot be responsible for deliveries outside of the USA and therefore outside of the United States Postal Services care. If a parcel has been marked as delivered and you have not received it, it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the parcel in his/her country of delivery per your carrier.
